It is Ordered by this Court that the within named William Darby< no role > &
Hyham have notice of this peticon and that doe attend this
Court on Wednesday next at ten of the clock in the forenoon to shew cause
why the within named Thomas Leech< no role > Should not be confirmed in this
office of Beadle of the Liberty of Church end & Hoxton in the parish of
St. Leonard Shoreditch in this County for the yeare ensueing, and the
the said Hyham [..] doe produce before this Court at
the time aforesaid the within menconed paper which the ancient
Inhabitants of the sd. Liberty had Subscribed for the sd. Thomas
Leech< no role > to be Beadle thereof, as the sd. Darby & Hyham will answer
the contrary at their peril.
