The Examinacon of Mary Willoughby< no role > taken
before me 12th day of August 1708

This Examinant Saith That this day shee went into
ye house of William Symonds< no role > Wife his some of his Sentswhere she asked
his Wife she price of a bed 10th ye sd Mrs Symonds Said the
price should be For Thirty shillings & this Informt
bie him a Guinea but ye sd Mrs Symonds would not take
it, & in takeing her leave & Shee ye sd Willoughby came Downe stairs
(shee ownes & Confesseth that shee did take a Silver Tankard
from of a Shelve in the Kitchin & soe went her
way wth ye Same sd tankard wch afterwards
was found upon her in stand Lane
