Robert Perryman< no role > Esqr . one of his Majties. Justices
of the Peace for the said County Came before me
and Voluntarily made Oath, That John Shaftoe< no role > of the
Parish of St. Martin's in the Fields Gentle Did Divers
and Sundry times Assault Menace and Threaten
the said Robert Perryman< no role > and that after the said
John Shaftoe< no role > had Entered into a Recognizance
with Sureings to keep the Peace towards him, and
all his Majties: beige. People which was
Acknowledged before John Tully< no role > Esqr . [..] of
July last the said John Shaftoe< no role > Did again [..]
and Threaten the Life of the sd Deponent and as
he verily Believs' was on the Accompt that he
had made out a Warrant for Swearing Five
Prosame Oaths and afterwards att Old Mans Coffee
house near Whitehall Did Threaten and Abuse this
Deponent Calling him Sevll. Scurrilous Names and
Informing Rogue.
