The humble Peticon of John Moulton< no role > of
Spittlefeilds in this County Vict

Sheweth


That some time past Your Peticonr: tooke Jane
Square
< no role > a poor child of the Liberty of Norton Folgate
(by the consent of the then Overseer of the poor there)
to be An Apprentice Allowed by two of her Maties: Justices
of the Peace of this County, But See it is the Said
Apprentice hath Divers times Pilserred Sevall
parcells of money from the peticonr: & hath bought
which the Confessed the bought wth the peticonrs money
to his great damage & will be his Ruein if not discharged
from her Indenture of Apprenticehood

Wherefore Your peticonr. humbly prayes an
Order of this Court for the Overseers of the poor
of the Liberty of Norton Folgate to Attend here
at a Certain day to Shew Cause why the Said
Apprentice of Ye: Peticonrs Should not be
discharges from Yor. Peticonr. Service As to
Yor. Worpps Shall Seem meet Etc.

And Your Peticonr. Shall Ever pray Etc
