rents but a house & Stables [..] of Forty pounds a yeare
and is charged Eight Shillings a quarter to ye poores
Rate when Severall of his Neighbours of good ability
rent houses of Eighty and a hundred pounds a year are
Charged but Six Shillings a quarter
