That one Amey Goodey< no role > being latly delivered of a female
bastard child in the parish of St. Giles in the fields in the said-
County Yor. Petr. is by an Order under the hands & Seales of
Richard Milner< no role > Esqr . & Thomas Ellis< no role > Esqr. two of her Maties
Justices of the Peace for the said County adjudged to be the father
of the said bastard child.

That Yor. Petr. is not the father of the said bastard child which he
is ready to make appeare to this Honble Court.

said Order & prays that he may be discharged
from the mainteynance of the said bastard child.
