That Yor Peticoner in the Yeare 1701 was Churchwarden
of the parish of
St. Buttolph without Aldgate
in the said County. In which said Office Yor. Peticoner
did disburse and Expence for the use of the Poor of the said parish, more than what he
had Collected or received the same of Fourteene pounds nine Shillings and Nine pence
Which said Account hath been audited and allowed by the Antients of the said
parish, By whose report the same hath likewise been allowed of and Confirmed by

for the said
County of Middx; as by the said Audite and Confirmacon may appeare.
And That Yor: Peticoner hath made frequent Applycacons to John Wright< no role >

the prent Chuchwardens
of the said parish of St Buttolph without Aldgate
in
the said County for payment of the sume of Fourteene pounds Nine Shillings & Nine pence
So due to Yor: Peticoner as aforesaid Who refuses to pay the same not with standing the
Antients have given them a rate of One and Twenty Months As appeares by the Poores
Booke To reinburse Yor: Peticoner herein.
