doe attend this Court on Wednesday next att tenn of the clock
in the forenoon to Shew cause [..] why the Apprentice within
named Should not be discharged of his Indenture of Apprenticehood
to the said David Paton< no role > oath being made to this Court that the
said paton absconds & will not be taken by a Constable to be carried
before a Justice of the peace for this County to answerthefor [..]
misuseing his said Apprentice and in case the sd David Paton< no role > refuses
to Shew to this Court good cause to the Contrary this Court will Preed to discharge
the said Apprentice of his Said Apprenticehood according to the Statute
in that case made
