Upon reading the humble peticon of Timothy owen< no role > Brazier exhited unto this
Court thereby shewing that Some time past the Petr bought a powell of
goods relating to his Trade which upon search were found in the Petrs
[..] ed as Suspected to be Stolen goods whereupon the Petr was
carred before Richard Milner< no role > Esqr & one of her Maties Justices of the Peace
for this County who comitted the Petr to New Prison in this County for
want of Sureties and ordered the said Goods to be delivered into the hands
of Partridge one of the Constables of the Parish of St Giles in
the fields in this County in whose custody they now remaine and
that the Petr afterwards gone bail for his appearance in this
Court this prsent Sessions to answer the said [..] fact But forasumch
as noe person hath appeared to owne the said Goods or to & psecute
the Petr This court was pleased to discharge the Petr from his
said Recognizance Itt was therefore prayed that this Court would
order the said Constables to deliver back the said goods to the
Petr whereupon it is [..] thought fitt & ordered by this
Court that the said Partridge doe forthwith deliver back
unto the said Petr all the said goods in his custody soe by him
taken from the said Timothy Owen< no role > as aforesaid at the said
Partridge will answer the contrary att his Perill
