Sheweth
That in Some time past your Petr bought a Parcell of Goods Relateing to his Trade
and Search being made they were Suspected to be Stolen where upon your Petr.
was carryed before the Worsppl Justice Milner who comitted your Petr. to New Prison
in this County and Ordered the sd. Goods to be Delivered into the hands of
Mr. Partridge One of the Constables of the Parish of St. Giles in the
Feilds in this County where they now remaine But forasmuch as noe
Person appearing against your Petr. Your Worspps were pleased to Discharge
your Petr. form his Recognizance

Your. Petr. therefore most humbly prayes
yor. Worspps to be pleased to Order
that the sd. Constable may Deliver
the sd. Goods to your Petrs
