Sheweth

That Yor. Petr. did Serve the office of Churchwarden for the parish of St
John Wapping in the Said County for the yeare last past.

That year Worspps were the last Sessions pleased to order yor. Petr. togive
[..] his hand
Payforthe Sume of £34.15s.0dpayableto Thomas Fryer< no role >
late Churchwarden of the Said parish towards his reimbursment.

That yor. Prs. accompts relating to the said office are not as yet audited but
[..] he computes there wilbe [..] the Sume of [..] fifty pounds & upwards due to
him from the Said parish besides the said Sume of £34.15s.0d.

Yor. Petr. therefore humbly prays yor. Worpps to be pleased to
order that his said [..] Accompts may be speedily audited
and that the Churchwarden Overseers of the poore & other
theife Inhabitants of the Said parish may forthwith make
a Rate within the said parish whereby to reimburss your
Petr. such moneys as shall appeare to be due to him at
the foot of his accompt.

And your Petr. shall ever pray Etc.
