Peace now sitting at Hicks Hall for ye County of
Middx

The humble Peticion and Appeale of the Church
wardens and Overseer of the [..]
of the Parish of St: Anns :

Sheweth


That by hath [..] Rich:
Jn Cord [..]
his wife and & holden being it [..] Parish
of St: Anne from the Parish of Chiswick
That your Peticon have since they being passed to the
Parish of St: Anns , Carefully enquired according to the
alledged in the sd Pass but can not finde that the sd [..]
Hall his wife and children [..] hath any legall Settlemt
sd Parish

Your Peticionr therefore humbly prayes
that this Honble: Court would ne pleased to grant
an Order that the Church: wardens and Overseers
of the Poor of the sd Parish of Chiswick doe
attend this Court the next Quarter Sessons (some
day) to Shew reasons why the sd John Hill< no role >
his wife and Children ought not to be rep [..]
or otherwise Setled as your Worpps [..]
upon hearing the cause think fitt
