Wee the Grand Jury for the County of Midds
being very seucable of the greate incroachmts
about the Streates, but more especially by
placeing Chaires, aswell withus as without
the posts of the streetes which are places
for the security of the Inhabitants, which
doth not only, obstruct the Comon Passage
but to the greate Pill and dainger of his
Maties Subject & passing aboute their lanfull
occacions doe prsent it to bee a generall
