of Middx

The Humble Peticon of the Churchwardens & Overseers of
the Poor of the parish of St. Martin in the Feilds in ye sd County

Sheweth

That by a Warrant dated the 19th. of this Instant May under the hands & Seales
of Sr. Charles Lee< no role > Knight & Thomas Ellis< no role > Esqr . two of His Majties. Justices of the Peace for
the said County one Mary Cavernough< no role > wife Francis Cavernough< no role > was passed from the pish
of St. Gyles in the Feilds in the County of Middx unto the above said pish of St. Martin in
the Feilds where (as in the said Warrant is alleadged) she was last legally settled But forasmuch
as yor. Petr. can prove the said Francis Cavernoughs wife has not attained any legall Settlemt.
in their parish since her marriage

Most humbly pray That this Cort wilbe pleased to grant
an Order for the Churchwardens & Overseers of the poor of
the said pish of St. Gyles in the Feilds to attend this Court
& Shew Cause why they Should not receive beck the said Mary
Cavernough
