The humble Peticon an appeall of the Churchwardens
& Old Seers of the Poore of the Parish of St. Mary
Whitechappell in the sd. County

That about 28o Janry last Hannah See the wife of Richard See< no role > (a Souldier in
his Matys Fooke Quards) and Hannah < no role > and Mary < no role > their Two Children were by
Warrant under the Hand & Seales of Two of his Matys Justices of the Peace for
this County passed out of the sd. Pish of St. Mary White< no role > chappell to the Pish of
Hamwell in this County

That the sd. Richard See< no role > by affidavitt taken and acknowledged before the Worsp
Justice Webber thereby upon Oath declare that he was a hired Sea by the Yeare and
lived above a Yeare in the sd. Pish of Hamwell with one John Messenger< no role > a
Farmer there Yett over the left the sd. Hannah one of the abovemenconed
Children was by Warrant under the Hands & Seales of Two of his Matys
Justices of the Peace for the sd. County passed from the sd. Pish Hamwell to
the sd. Pish of St. Mary Whitechappell the Mother being Still in the sd. Pish of
Hamwell & the Father in his Matys Service
