before me Ralph Marshall< no role > Esqr . this 14th. of
October Anno Din 1698.

This Examinant being duely Examined Saith, That
betweene the houres of three and four in the Morning
upon the thirteenth Instant, he was apprehended in
Martlett Court , and charged with the Stealing Several
things, of which he is altogether Innocent [..]
he was then goeing from his Lodging to his Morn [..]
lives at Westmr.

the day and yeare above said

This Examinant being duely Examined Saith [..]
betweene the houres of three and four of the Clock
in the Morning, upon the thirteenth Instant, he was
apprehend in Martlett Court in the parish of St.
Martin in the fields , and charged with the Stealeing
Severall things of which he is altogether Innocent
and that he was goeing into St. Gyles's to borrow an
