[..] Mary Gardner< no role > Since dead & Gerrard

Settled these [..] are [..] & [..] for 31 qr Last year
paying 13s: p Anno.

Now Since upon Shirt Inquiry yr Petrs. find that the
fair Mary Gardners Mother was an housebury
and She only lived with her in ye Nature of a
Lodger & had noe after Settlemt. in ye Sd Pish.
Byeling yr Sd Humbly conceive themselves
aggressive & appeal Setle Judgemt. of this Worpll
Bench for Receipt & craves a day of learing and
that ye Churchwardens & overseers of ye poor of
ye Pish of St Giles in ye feild may attend to Shew
cause.
