the peace for the said County this 23th. day of November

The Examinant being duely Examined Saith that the first
time he saw Elizabeth Adderly< no role > was this Morning in Covent
Garden Markett be here they mett by than chance and she told him
she had bought a Mound of fruitt and asked him to carry
them into the piaza, and he takeing of the same was
Seiz'd the said Adderly haveing paid false and Counterfeit
money for the said fruit and being asked whither or now
he was at the said Adderlyes house yesterday and whither he
did not call upon her this morning to come with him to
covent Garden Markett and whither they did not come
from Shoreditch together, he possitively deliyes that he
was at her house yesterday or that the called at her house
or Law her this Morning, till he mett her in Covent Garden
Markett as aforesaid
