The humble Peticon & Appeal of the Chappellwardens
& Overseers of the Poor of the Town of Uxbridge

Sheweth

That lately one Katherine Cary< no role > bigg wth Child was passed by warrant
under the hands & seals of St John Elwes< no role > Knt & Richard Woodward< no role > Esqr two of
his Maties Justices of the peace of the said County from the pish of Fulham in
the said County to the Town of Uxbridge in the said County thereby
[..] dging that William Cary< no role > husband of the said Katherine was last
County settled there as an Apprentice
