The humble Peticon of Judith Warden< no role >

Sheweth

That some time past One Anne Carter< no role > upon Complaint made by her Husband
before the Worspll. Justice Perry was comitted to New Prison where she now remaine
That yor. Petr. hath been soe much beaten & wounded by the said Anne
Carter
< no role > Insenmuch that her life was much dispaired of the haveing been
under the hands of Chirmegeon for some time past the Charge of which will
amount to a considerable sum of money And forasmuch as your Petr. being
very poore and her husband in his Maties Service in Flanders And fearing
that in case the sd Anne Carter< no role > should this Sessions be discharged from her
Imprisenmt. she would beate & abuse your Petr. as she hath done
heretofore.

Yor. Petr. therefore most humbly Prayes yor
Worspp to consider the Charge she must
susteyne towards persenting her Curre And
to be pleased to Grant that the sd Anne Carter< no role >
may be continued in New Prison aforesd untill
wet Sessions
