Charles Sandyman< no role > of the parish of St. Martins in
the Heads in the County of Middx Victualler maketh
Oath that he was very well acquainted with
Richard Williams< no role > in the life tyme, And Saith That
the Said Richard Williams< no role > departed this life on or
about the fourth day of this instant October as
(this Deponent is informed; but this Deponent is
very possitive that the said Richard Williams< no role >
is dead for that the Deponent did assist in
the putting him into his Coffin and was
prsentandatt the funerall and did see him
buried in the Church yard belonging to the
Chappell of ease to St. Margretts Westminster
on Monday the Seaventh of this instant
October.
