Boat comeing from off ye. Adventure flyboat
lyeing betwixt Bel Wharf
& Shadwel Dock

Wch. the Informt. Hindmer sd
he believed there were rogues on boated the sd
Ship & rowing up to ye. Wherry he sd. he saw a
Chest on board the Sd. Wherry in wch. the sd. Informt.
knew to beher bethe chest of Mr. Kirk [..] the Mr. of the Adventure
frigatflyboat And these Informts. Gibbons & Gregory
severally Says that the upon turning back their
boat the Sd. Wherry (in wch. the sd. Chest was
made for ye. shore) & that the two psons that recod
the Sd. Wherry leapt out of it & upon ye. crying
out of Stop their were apprehended & they
ownd their names to be John Fotheringham< no role >
& James Hughes< no role >
& that in the sd. Wherry there
was (besides the Chest aforesd.) a Copper kecle
lyd up in a Blanket. And further these Informts. say not
