Who sayth that She hearing Ann Lilic< no role > tax Mary Settcoal< no role >
with the felonious Stealing of a Considerable parcell of goods
and Money Viz: a Guinea and some Silver the heard the said
Mary Settcoal say that the found a Guinea in the Kichin of
the said Ann Litie her then Mistriss and further saith not

of middlx Singlewoman taken the
Day and year aforesaid

Who sayth that the knows nothing of the matter as
to the felonie but being frighted did, then own the fact but
now saith that one Susanna Smith< no role > of Stepney widdow
left her a Guinea abt. Six weeks before the time that her Mistress
taxed her wth. the felonie wch. the said Susanna
doth declare to be true befor me and further saith not
