The watchmen in the Dutchy Liberty touching the
[..] Thomas Cheney< no role > taken before me upon oath
the 22th: day of January Anno Dui 1694 and in the
Sixth year of his Maties: reigne.

This Depont saith that trying the house of four this
morning in Arundell buildings he found the decd
and William Connock< no role > gent with their swords dr [..]
pushing at each other and that he likewise saw at
a considerable distance Mr Charles Isaacson< no role > with his
sword in the Scabard by his side in a peaceable
manner and not in any posture of quarrelling or
disturbance who together with this dept: and Rowland
Jackson< no role > desired the said Cheney and Connock to put
up their swords which they did and walking along
at some little distance the said Cheney dropt & in
some little time afterwards dyed of a wound he
had received which he found in his left thigh
nigh the Grozne
