Whereas of late yeare the Constables Beadles & other pish Officers
together with many other Psons have taken upon them to goe
Iron Alehouse to Alehouse in the Sevall Divisions of this
County and extort money of the Victuallers over above ye Fees
paid for renewing of their Licences on prtence of carrying in
their Licences to be renewed att the genall renewing of Licences
in ye Sevall Divisions of this County which said Fees the said

Victualler [..] himselfe [..] with [..]

[..] appear & [..] into Recognisance
[..] Some reasonable excuse of Such Victuallers
not appearing be made upon Oath to the Satisfaccon of the
Justices that shalbe prsent att Such genall renewings of Licences
and likewise unlesse such Victuallers procured two honest
and able psons then & there to enter into Recognisance for
their keeping good rule & Order in their houses as aforesaid
