Saith that a Bundles Cow Wth Broadhorns marked
Wth a Whitestock worth about Four Pounds Fifteen shillings
was on the First day of January instant in the morning
missing out of the grounds he holds in St James Clerkenwell
in the said county And he suspecting the said Boost
was theme feloniously taken & conveyed to some house
or place in or neer the said Parish the same day
Obteyned a Warrant for search And deprovered that
such a Beast had been Slaughtered in the widdow Collyoi [..]
Slaughter house on Saffron hill neer yee said Clerkenwell
in the said county the night before And that it was
driven in a Slaughtered late in the Evening by John
Burton< no role > and Richard Booth< no role > And there moon this
Deponent caused the said John Burton< no role > Richard Booth< no role >
to be appearance And the said Burton and Booth
offered this Deponent satisfaction for ye said Core And
said that want occasioned them to committ the Flat on
used wards to that effect.
