Wardens & Overseers of ye poore of the pish of St Giles
in the Feilds in the said County

[..] feiles in the Said County by warrant under the Hands & Seals of Sr Mit [..]
[..] Knt & Edward Bons< no role > Esqr two of their Maties: Justices of the Peace for the
[..] County alleadging that the said Sarah muns< no role > was last legally settled there
[..] the place of her Brith

May it please this Honble: Bench the Parents of the Said Sarah
Must never had any Legall Settlement in the Said pish [..]
of st. Giles therfore your peticoner: humbly conceive the [..]
said Child can have noe Legall settlement there by reafo [..]
[..] Brith thereof as is alleadged

Your Peticoner. finding themselves aggrieved by
Judgment of the said two Justices Doe appeal [..]
this Honble: Bench & humbly pray that your be [..]
pleased to gramt an order for the Church Warden
& Overseers of the Poor of the pish of St Ann wth in
the Liberty of Westminster to appeare here on a day
certain to show cause why the said Sarah Muns< no role > should
not be repassed to the said pish of st Ann wth: in the
liberty of Westminster
