The humble Peticon & Appeal of the
Churchwardens & Overseers of the Poor of the
Pish of St Giles in the found in ye said County

Sheweth


That William Forster< no role > & Hannah< no role > his wife were lately passed by
Warrant under the hands & seas of Robert Constable< no role > & George
Bohun
< no role > Esqrs two of their Maties Justices of the deare of the
said County from the Pish of St [..] Mary white
Chappell in the said County to the said Pish of St Giles in ye
Feilds thereby alleadgen that they were last legally
Settled there haveing heed in a house of Sixteen Pounds
Panne rent & paid parish all Duties of all fords

Mary it please this worll: Bench the said William Forster< no role >
& his wife never had any legall settlement in there
Pish of St Giles in the Feilds as hath been allend [..]

Your Peticonrs therefore Appeals from the
said Order & humbly pray that you would be
pleases to Order the Churchwardens & Over-
seers of the poor of the Pish of white Chappell
to appeare in the Court att a day retaine to shew
Cause why the said William Forster< no role > & his wife
should not be repassed to the said Pish of
White Chappell
