That at Easter 1693 yor. petr. was elected to serve the Office of Constable
for Prebben Liberty for the yeare Last past which yor. Petr. executed
accordingly and that upon Easter Tuesday Last according to ancient
custome Mr. John Holland< no role > was elected to serve the Sd. Office of [..] Constable
for the Sd. Liberty for the yeare ensuines yett nevertheless the Sd. Mr.
John Holland< no role > refusech to execute the Sd. Office

Yor. Petr. therefore most humbly prays yor.
Worspps to be Pleased to Grant that the he may
be discharged from Serving the Sd. Office &
that the Sd. Mr. John Holland< no role > may be
compelled to events the Same.
