alledging that the said Mary

was legally setled there Itt appeareth
to this Court upon examinacon of sevall witnesses upon
oath in the prsence of the said pties that the said Mary
Clarke< no role >

had noe legall settlement in the said
pish of St Martins in the feilds
but was married
to a soldier
whose last settlement could not now be proved Itt is therefore
thought fitt and ordered by this Court that the said Mary
Clerk< no role >

be forthwith removed & conveyed from
the said pish of St Martins in the feilds
to the said pish
of St Paul Covent garden
and that she be left with
the Churchwardens & Overseers of the poor there or one
of them who are hereby required to received the said Mary
