and Andrew Lawrance< no role > Esqr hereof their Majties: Justices of the peace
for the County of Middx past from the parish of St. Paul Covent
Garden to the Sd pish of St: Martins therein incerting that the
said Mary Clerke< no role > als: Hewett< no role > was last Legally Settled

That Since yor: petirs: find the said Mary Clerke< no role > als Hewett< no role > to be a Married woman
whose husband is a Soldier that since Marriage she Lived 3 qrs. of
a yeare a Servt : in St Martins parish & last of all lived a Servt:
for 6 Months space in the pish of St: Paule Covent Garden
for wth. reason yor Petirs: are Aggreived And

Therefore humbly appeale to this Worpll: Bench
for releife & pray a day of heareing & that the
Churchwardens & Overseers of ye. poore of St
Paul Covent Garden may Attend & Shewcause
why the said Mary Clerke< no role > als Hewett< no role > Should
not be repased to them
