The humble peticon of the Churchwarden of the
Hamlett of Mile end Old Towne in the Pish of Stepney
in the Sd County

Sheweth

That one Ann Cullum< no role > was by warant under the hands &
Seales of two of their Maties Justices of the peace for the
said County lately passed from the pish of St Paules
Shadwell in ye Sd County to ye said Hamlett

That the Sd Cullum was soe passed to ye said Hamlett upon
Oath of the Beadle of the Sd Pish of St Pauls Shadwell that
the Sd Cullum was resident in the said Hamlett about Seaven
Years past when infrote the Sd Cullum has not been
resident in the Sd Hamlett this 8 Years past &
upwards

Yor Peticonr Therefore most Humbly Prayes
yor Worshps to be pleased to grant that the
said Hamlett may be discharged from the
Mentaineance of the Cullum
