To the constables and Churchwardens of ye
parish of St Sepulchers without burrs in the
Counted aforesd and every and Exor of them
greeting

Forasmuch as John Halfty< no role > of your parish
Brower did on the seaventh day of this instant
February being the Lords day use and
exercise the buisinesse of browing beere
on the said day contrary to the Law in
that case made and provided whereof he
stands convicted by my none veiw in
the prsence of Severall of the officers of ye
Said parish for wch. offence he hath forfeited
and was to pay to the use of the poore of the
Said parish the some of five Shillings
These are therefore in theire Mays names
to will and require you to aske and demand
of him the Said Some of five Shillings and
upon deniall or default of paymt that you
Revy the same by distresse and Sale of the goods
of the sd John half [..] pensring him the
over plus Hereof faile not at your perill
Given under my hand & Seale the fifteen
day of February in the fourth yeare of the
reigne of our Soveraigne Lord & Lady King
William and Queen Mary over. England Scotland
