for the County of Middx

Sheweth

The humble peticon of Eliz Kaywork< no role >
a Very poor wooman of the Parish of
St. James Clerken well in this County

That one Johannah Ross< no role > wth. two Small Children She being bigg
wth. another child (were passed) from out of the Sash of St
James Clerken well in this County Feo the Parish of St
Sepulchers wthout in the County aforesaid By Warrt. Under the
hands & Seales of two of theire Matie: Justices of the peace
for the County of Middx and accordingly were Received by
Christopher Pound< no role > Constable of the Sd. Parish of St. Sepulchers
wch Sd. Constable came and Sollicited yr Peticonr. to give
them Entertainment for Some Small time purseing
you peticonr. paymt. for ye Same wch hath not been pformed
by the Sd. Mrs Pound the Constable to the great damage of
Jno. Peticonr.

That Since the aboad of the sd. Johannah Ross< no role > : (at ye peticonrs
house) She hath Miscarryed log a feemale child wch
Imediately dyed Hoe She could not be removed, by wch means
all the three persons wholey Relyes Upon ye. Peticonr for Support
and Maintenance wthout wch they [..] must Parish, they
haveing noe releife as was praised by the Sd. Constable, by
wch ill doeings of the Sd. Constable & other Officers, Your poor
peticonr: is out of pockets three pounds as by bill annexed
may Justly appeare

Therefore yr. poor peticonr: most humble beggs of
his Honble. Court (the premisses Considered) to grant
an Order for ye Sd. Christopher Pound the Constable
to appeare here to their cause why he Should not
pay or Satisfye Your poor peticonr. for her charge
and honbled above Specifyed or otherwise to
Order Releife herein as your Worshipps Shall
Seem meet Etc

And your poor peticonr. as in duly bound Shall pray Etc
