an Inhabitant in the Pish of St James
Clarkenwell in this County of Middsex Labourer
who hath a wife and three Children he
being of a long time sick and not able to work
is Reduced to great want and can get

him in his great Necessity, yor poore

be pleased to take into consideraccon this
