Sheweth

The humble Peticon of the Churchwardens and
Overseer of the poore of the the Pish of Ealing in the sd
County.

That upon a former Order of this Court this Honble Bench was pleased to
Order that Charles Weaver< no role > and Judith< no role > his wife should be mainteyned & provided
for at the charge of the sd. parish.

That upon yet Petr. appeale to this Houble Cort as of this prsent Sessions yor
petr. are there upon discharged from provideding for the sd. weaver and his wife.
That yor. petr. have disbursed the sum of £8.0s.0d and upward in releiving the sd
weaver and his Wife and otherwise about the sd matter which was occaconed by
the Churchwardens and Overseers of the poore of the Pish of Kensington who
procured the sd. Weaver and his Wife to be passed from theme to yor. petr.
whereby yor. petr. are much appreived

Yor. Petrs. therefore most humbly pray yor.
Worpps to be pleased to Order that the
Churchwardens & Ovrseers of the poore of
the parish of Kensington [..] Kensington may retinburse y [..]
petr. the sd. moneys soe by them disbursed
as aforesd

And yor. petrs. shall ever pray etc.
