That yor Petr is fitly qualified for the
Benefit of the late Acts of Parliament, for the Reliefe
of poor [..] Prisonrs for Debt

Therefore your Petior humbly prays
your Worship to grant yor Warrant to
the Sheriffe of Middx : and to the
Keeper of their Maties Goal of Newgate
for the said County thereby requiring
them to Bring yor Petr before yor
Worship to take the Oaths required
by the said Acts in order to your
Petrs Discharge.
