Whereas att the Generall Quarter Sessions of the Peace
held in July last att Hicks hall Cor the County of Middx an
Indictmt: was exhibited agt: Benjamine Morret< no role > of the
parish of St: Gyles in the Fields in the County of Middx Merchant and
others for Recneancy And forasmuch as it appeares to a
by the Affidavit of the said Benjamin Morrett< no role > , That he
is an Alien Corner and a Merchant Stranger, and that
he, came over into this Kingdome and resides here upon the
account of Trade and Traffiqe onely.

These are therefore to Authorize and desire
you to enter or cause to be entred A Cessak
Processes upon the said Indictmt: and to
stay all proceedings thereupon as to the said
Benjamin Morrett< no role > untill further Order And
for soe doeing this shall be your Warrant
