rected from the Treasurer of this
County for this present Year, for the
Weekly Relief of [..]
Hospetalls These are in [..] their Majesties Names
to will and require you forthwith up
on receipt hereof Raife, Levy, and
Collect within your Hamblett
the Sum of Eight Shillings and Eight Pence
for one year ending at
Michellmas Last [..] and the
same to Raised Levied, and Collected
forthwith to pay the same to me at
house in Good [..] accord
ing to the Contents of this said War-
rant, upon Thursday Morning next. Hereof
fail not at your Perils. Given under
my Hand the 15th day of Novemr
