Whereas att the last Generall Quarter Sessions held att
Hicks Hall for the County of Middx an Indictmt: was
exhibited agt: Peter Dufreisnoy< no role > of the Parish of St. Clements
Danes in the County of Middx Gent & others Gent for Recnsancy And
forasmuch as it appeares to me by the Affidavit of the
Said Peter Dufreisney< no role > , that he is an Alien borne and
a Merchant Stranger, and that he resides here upon
the Account of Trade onely.

These are therefore to Authorize & desire you
to enters or cause to be entred A Roli Prosegin
upon the said Indictmt: agt: the said Peter
Dufreisnoy< no role > onely and to discharge all further
proceedings thereupon And for soe doeing this
shall be your Warrant Given under my hand
