Whereas att the last Sessions of the Peace held att Hicks
Hall for the County of Middx an Indictmt: was exhibited agt:
Thomas Griffith< no role > Gent & others for Recnsancy And
Whereas it appearanes to me that the said Thomas Griffith< no role >
did on Sunday last att the Parish Church of Panker edge in
the County of Middx(being his Parish Church) receive the
Sacrament of the Lords Supper according to the Usage of
the Church of England, and that he is in all things
Conformable to the said Church, And there being noe ground
for the Prosecncon agt: the said Thomas Griffith< no role > on the
Account above menconed

These are therefore to authorize & desire yor
to enter or cause to be entred A Nolle Prosegin
upon the said Indictmt: agt: the said Thomas
Griffith< no role > , and to discharge all further
proceedings thereupon as to him And for soe
doeing this shall be your Warrant Given under
my hand this Tenth day of October 1690
