within this County and of the severals<lb></lb>
Petty Constables and Head boroughs there Exhibited unto this Court Setting<lb></lb>
forth that at a Generall Sessions of the Peace held for this County the<lb></lb>

last Itt was Ordered amongst other things that the<lb></lb>
Petty Constables and Head boros. in every Parish Hamblett Precinet &<lb></lb>
Liberty Should every Night sett and place double the Number of<lb></lb>
Watchmen usually appointed before the making of the said Order And<lb></lb>
that the High Constable in every Division should take care to putt<lb></lb>
the said Order in Execution And for as much as the Petitioners have<lb></lb>
yeilded due obedience to the said Order and the Inhabitants of the<lb></lb>
said Hambletts are Generally very poor and not able to Sustance<lb></lb>
the Charge of Double Watches Itt was therefore prayed that this<lb></lb>
Court would ease them of the Charge of keeping double Watches<lb></lb>
and that they might only keep their Watches as before the making<lb></lb>
of the said Order Which this Court held reasonable and doth Order<lb></lb>
the same accordingly.</p>
