did this day heare John Cope< no role > say And threaten
to doe Mr Adshead one of the Constables of
these parish some bodily hurt or mischeife And that he did
alsoe threaten this Deponts And these depts
upon their oaths Severally saith that they doe
be leike that incase the Said Cope was at
Liberty he would kill the sd Constable &
these deponts or else doe the sd Constable
or them Some bodily hurt or Mischeife And therefore prayes
& requires the peace against him And

Cope threatened to be the Death of him
