That yor: Peticonr: hath Servd ye Office of an Headborough all ye
last year; & also Supplied & ye Office of a Constable , over since ye 13s Mari [..]
last in ye room of Jno: Shambrook< no role > then lately by Detd for Green Street Quarter
within ye pish of Endfield aforesd. That Thomas Munns< no role > Wheelwright
was. by ye Jury of ye Court Loot held for ye Munnr. of Endfield in May
last, Chosen to Suneed yor Peticonr in ye Sd office of Constable for ye year
ensuing, but hath hot her to refused to be Sworne, & is now ready to
make his Appeal to this Court.

Yor. Peticonr. therefore humbly prays. that ye said
