Who being Examined Voluntarily Confesses yt one Cornelius
Daughendale< no role > brought to this Examinant a Quantity of Silk
and desired he would be Assisting to him in ye Selling of
it or Swapping it for Cloath upon which he with and
Edward Dempsey< no role > and Patrick Stapleton< no role > went to ye
Signe of ye Baker and Baskett in Cloath Faire one
there did Sell ye Said Silk for Forty Shillings and
Two Yards of Grey Cloath and that this Examinant
had the Grey Cloath for himselfe and the Said
Cornelius Draugherdale< no role > Edward Dempsey< no role > and
Patrick Stapleton< no role > had an Equall Share of the
Monys for which it was Sold & further Saith not
