Whereas I have received a Warrant from his Mastie: under
his Royell Signett and Signe Mannall to enter a NOG
Proscom upon inct Record of the Indictmt: agt: Peter Roman
for speaking of scandalous [..] & seditions words agt: his
Majts: & Governemt:: whereof he was Convicted att the last
Sessions of the Peace holden at Hicks Hall for his County of
Middx and thereupon Fined Twenty Markes, & ordered to
stand on the Pillery, and to find Suretyes for his appearance
att the next genall Sessions of the Peace for the said County,
and to give Securety to be of the good behaviour for one yeare;
and to stand Comitted untill he pay the said Fine; undergoe
the said Punishmt: & find Suretyes as aforesaid

These are to Authorize and require you to
Enter a Noli Proseqin upon the Record of the
said Judgemt: agt: the said Peter Roman< no role > , as
to that part of the said Judgemt: requireing mo
standing in the Pillory as aforesaid. And for
yor: Soe doeing this shall be yor: Warrant
Given under my hand this 29th: day of
January 1689/ 90.
