this Service-They resolved that he be appointed at a<lb></lb>
Salary of one Guinea Pr. Week subject to the Confirmation<lb></lb>
or otherwise of this Court This Officer is to keep an Account<lb></lb>
in writing of all Works done by the Prisoners under his<lb></lb>
Direction and of all Materials brought into the Prison<lb></lb>
and delivered out when wrought then the Nett Profit of<lb></lb>
the Labour of the Prisoners in the last Quarter was<lb></lb>
£91..14..10. but it is to be observed that several Prisoners<lb></lb>
are Working to much greater advantage at their respective<lb></lb>
Trades the Profits of whose Labour will be brought to<lb></lb>
Account at the end of the Year.</p>
<p n="1106">The Governor in the Absence of the Surgeon Reported<lb></lb>
that 4 Prisoners were in the Infirmary; that Brady<lb></lb>
one of the Mutineers whose Leg had been sentenced to<lb></lb>
be cut off it was hoped would in time recover the use<lb></lb>
of his Leg, his behaviour is particularly Orderly and<lb></lb>
good-The next Committee met on the 16th. of October the<lb></lb>
Number of Prisoners 200. Vizt. 162 Men and 38. Women<lb></lb>
including 38 Mutineers and the Governor had an Order<lb></lb>
for receiving 4 others most of those the Governor (tho' not<lb></lb>
required to do more than receive them at the Gate of the<lb></lb>
Prison) had been obliged to fetch and convey from the<lb></lb>
River the Officers appointed to Conduct them particularly<lb></lb>
requesting him to undertake that Service</p>
<p n="1107">The Governor Reported that 17. Prisoners were<lb></lb>
discharged last Week all of whom were taken to the<lb></lb>
Public Office in <rs type="placeName" id="LMSMGO55611_geo910">Hatton Garden</rs>
