At the General Quarter Session of the peace
of our Lord the King holden in and for the
County of Middlesex at the Session House
for the said County (by adjournment) on
Thursday the Twelfth day of January in the
Thirty seventh Year of the Reign of our
Sovereign Lord George the Third King of
Great Britain Etc. Before William

Mr. Rogers the County Surveyor Reported to the
Court that in pursuance of the Order of the last Session he had
Surveyed the Bridge at Brentford in this County and found
that the Footway was very much decayed except the Piles

Ordered that such Temporary repairs as are
necessary to make the same perfectly safe for the Public be
done forthwith under the direction of the County Surveyor
and that the general repair be postponed until the spring

By adjournment same Day. -

The County Treasurer informed the Court that he
had no Money in his hands to pay the sums Ordered by the
Court which were greatly in Arrear

And the High Constables attending and having
laid before the Court a Statement of their Accounts and
alledging that the difficulty had arisen from the Parish
