smallness of the Sums) out of the County Rate.</p>

<p n="111">The County Treasurer attended and laid before this Court<lb></lb>
A Memorial respecting the Militia Laws with the<lb></lb>
Opinion of Counsel thereon and the same being Read<lb></lb>
and the County Treasurer having stated his sentiments<lb></lb>
respecting the same more fully to the Court Resolved<lb></lb>
that the Consideration of the said Memorial be post<lb></lb>
poned till the County day of the next Session of the<lb></lb>
peace to be holden for this County.</p>
