John Bond< no role > Esqr . one of His Majestys Justices of the peace
for this County informed the Court that the Waste Ground lying
on the outside of the Wall of the New Bridewell in Cold Bath
fields had been let to Tenants but that no Account had been
rendered to the County of the Rents received on that Account.
And Mr Godson who had Afforded Mr Bond his information being
called in Acquainted the Court that he had rented a part of the
said Ground between 3 and 4 Years at the Rate of £10 P Ann.
That the part occupied by him may contain about 2 Acres
That he took the same of a Mr. Harding and that Mr Ashton
had a piece also. Resolved that the circumstances of this
transaction be inquired into and that Mr Bond do request
the Tenants to attend this Court for that purpose

By Adjournment same day.

Resolved that a Committee be appointed to invite
The Right Honourable The Marquiss of Titchfield,Custas
Rotulorum of this County to dine with the Magistrates on the
County day of the next Session and that William Mainwaring< no role >
Esqr . The Reverend Dr. Glasse, The Revd. Dr Gabriel, Richard
Ford, John Spranger< no role > ,Christopher Baynes< no role > , William Bleamire< no role >
and John Floud< no role > Esqrs . be such Committee and that the said
Committee do meet on the 2d. day of October next.
